    New PayPal Integration: Price box is not recognizing numbers entered using numeric keypad.

    I'm having trouble integrating Paypal payments:


    I cannot select the price. When I want to write something in the "price" field, it simple doesn't work, I can't write anything.


    I'm in France and I'm using a french azerty keyboard.


    But if I'm not mistaken, yesterday I created a form and the Paypal integration did work without a problem, so my guess is there's some bug on the plateform maybe.

    I was able to replicate the same, but it seems like the price box does not recognize the numeric keypad, it is only recognizing the numbers place right above letters in the main typewriter keys. 

    I have tested this with the product name field and it recognizes both, numbers in the typewriter keys and numbers entered using the numeric keyboard. 

    I will escalate this issue to our second level so our developer will check and resolve this current issue.

    In the meantime I would suggest you use the numbers in the typewriter keys section only.

    We will let you know when this is resolved.

    I’ve been using another technique: connecting to my Jotform dashboard from an i-pad. From there I was able to put the numbers in the price box. The presentation was different however than the one I had on my Mac.
    Then I connected again to jot form on my mac, and the problem was gone: the design had changed and it now looked like what I had on my i-pad.
    So it’s been working like this ever since.
