Hello!
I wish to have the email that goes out to the customer CCed to us.
I saw this discussion about the new interface.
https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
Looks great however, as you see in the attached PNG, I can't seem to add email addresses to the recipient field. It only allows the drop down list, that's it...
Thanks for your help,
Mark

Screenshot you provided is from Autoreponder email. Recipient email of Autoreponder email should always be the email field from your form. This way Autoreponder email will be sent to email address that your user entered inside of the email field of your form. It is not possible to add email address inside of Recipient email field of Autoresponder email. This is only possible inside of email Notification.
I have inspected Autoreponder email of the form you provided and I saw that you have customized your Autorepionder email. If you want to receive same (customized) email as your user, then I would suggest you to create new email Notification. Then copy customized text from your Autoreponder email and paste it to your new email Notification.
Explanation of Email Notification and Autoresponder Settings
