For reference we're a feature page from Instagram that uses Jotform to collect our artists features. This way we can simply collect stories to snaps and conserve a persons privacy. Currently the form is directed from our site name - snapseekr.com and we collect the data synced to our Google Drive. We have looked at the email option that you can customise but this doesn't effect the PDF that's end up in Google Drive with the uploaded snap. Check out our form and let me know what we can do to improve it.

If you want to customize the PDF submissions, you can do that using the "Customize PDF" feature under the "PDF" button in your submissions page:

Please note that this will create a FIXED PDF layout, meaning it does not adjust based on your submissions' content. It is similar to a paper print layout. Please also note that this will apply to all of your PDF submissions on that form, including the one attached on your email alert.

Once the customized PDF is created, you should be able to see it under the "Reports" drop down list where you can edit or delete it:

Please understand that the PDF Designer is still a work in progress. So the available customization tools are limited.

    Thanks.
