If I understood you correctly, what you're aiming to do is create a dropdown menu and use the selection for that field to conditionally show another field (on how you phrased it, you referred to it as ESA Listing).
I checked the account associated with your email address and found the following forms:

However, I can't see any field that points or relates to ESA Listings. If you are working on a separate form, please give us the URL of that form, and give us more info on what you're trying to achieve so we can better assist you.
To get you started, here's how you can create Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic The idea is to use conditions to hide/show another field(s) based on the selection from the dropdown menu.
