If a form has an email address field, can this field be mapped to the reply field of the email I receive from a submission? I would like to be able to reply directly to that submission email I receive without having to copy/paste the address from the form details into the "to" field.
My goal is to also setup an auto responder for submissions made to our forms. ie. your request has been received and it is being processed...

It is possible. You simply need to specify Sender E-mail under notification settings.
To do this, go to:
Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Notification > go to Reply-to and Recipient Settings
You can set the Senders Name too. Hope that helps!
