- JotForm FounderaytekinAnswered on April 27, 2010 at 04:27 AMTry deleting that email and re-creating it. That should fix the email field.
To delete an email
1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab on the form builder toolbar
2. Click on "Email Alerts"
3. Select Notification
4. Click on "Delete" button
It will automatically create a new and that should work properly.
