    Hello, I just received the message copied below from The BlueSnap.com Customer Service Team on behalf of JotForm Inc.  I wanted to verify that this is your vehicle for credit card payments before I approved/updated it as it wasn't familiar to me from the past.  Thank you.  Monica

    This message is to remind you that your subscription for JotForm Premium Yearly Subscription is planned to be renewed in 7 days using your credit card ending in numbers xxxx, as agreed when the subscription was purchased.
