Mailchimp Integration- Mapping Custom Fields

I was so stoked to see that JotForm had linked up with MailChimp. I did however have a few questions.

I have went through the entire integrations process, entered in the API key linked up the email field but for some reason am not able to link back a persons name, their phone number and or their website URL back to the fields I have created at MailChimp.

I have created these 4 fields in MailChimp as well as on the jot form but the only one that gets collected in MailChimp is the email?? Am I doing something wrong??

Thank you in advance for any advice you can give on this matter.

Can you please try to clear your cache then re-integrate mailchimp? Also, be sure that you input the API keys correctly.

Please let us know if the problem still persists after that so that we can further assist you with this.

Thank you for your response.. That unfortunately still doesnt seem to fix the issue. Here are the fields I set up in Mail Chimp.. Not sure how I can link them all togetehr. The only one that pulls in from jotform is the email field? Is it something with the tags?

    Thank you

To my knowledge only the full name and email address are sent to MailChimp when a user subscribes. By default once you create a list at MailChimp there are 3 fields which are created namely First Name, Last Name and the Email Address. In your MailChimp list the first and last names should be created as two individual text fields with the corresponding tags FNAME and LNAME. In your Form use the Full Name question from the Quick tools instead of the plain textbox.

I'm not exactly sure whether it is possible to send additional form fields to MailChimp list as it seems that this option is not included in the integration wizard. Nevertheless I have raised this question to our developers to clarify if such functionality is supported.

Our MailChimp integration currently only supports name and email. We might add the integration with other fields in the future if there are many requests, but we currently do not have any plans.

Is it also possible to have fields that are not simple text boxes or hidden fields: Drop Down lists, Radio boxes, Check boxes?

I need the user to choose among a preselection of choices and I can't find how to do.

Or would it be possible for example to use a hidden field?
