ZOHO CRM: pass the variables "Form ID" and "Submission ID".

    Hi Team,

    First of all love your software solution we use it for a range of our clients, until recently we used Zapier for our integration, but we are now moving to your ZOHO CRM api, with Zapier we can map the Form ID and the Submission ID fields to ZOHO CRM, is there a way we can map those two fields in your ZOHO CRM integration?

    The reason that this is really import for us is that it will allow us to construct the url to download the pdf, and our clients need access to the original form that their clients submitted.

    Unfortunately, that option is not available in our ZOHO CRM integration.

    I have forwarded a request to our developers to have this option, however, the request can be approved or declined. If it is approved, there is no estimated time-frame for its implementation.

    You will be notified via this thread if there is  any updates on this request.

    Hi David,

     

    thanks for your response, if you log this request with development could you add the following,

    it would be great if we can attach forms to other modules then just Leads and Contacts, how we use your forms technology is that clients can submit any type of Form, we then integrate it into a CustomModule in CRM called Forms, from there we use code to create a Lead, Contact, Case, etc dependent on the type of Form that was received.
