forms stopped going to my email

    ran some tests and things were fine, but now I cannot get a form to go to my email.

     

    please advise.

    The recipients are not in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    Have you checked spam folders? You may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.
