I am unable to cancel...when I go to "account settings" and then click "cancel," it takes me to another screen where it asks for my user name and password again. However, it won't take the user name and password to let me cancel. I do not want my credit card charged again.

We have cancelled your subscription. Your account will remain Premium until the paid period expires which is on April 8, 2012.
