Import fillable PDF form for dental office.

Hello,

I have a client seeking to have their online PDF form to be fillable by the patient. Does your product allow people to use their existing PDFs as a fillable form and then they can print it (the patient)?

Are there any developer licenses or must it be directly from the business owner? Thanks!

If the Fillable PDF was created using Adobe Forms Central, then it is possible to import the pdf to your jotform account by following this link: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/.

If it is not from Adobe Forms Central, then you will not be able to import the fillable pdf. Instead, you will need to recreate the form as a web form on jotform and then turn it into a fillable pdf.
