You can test the paypal payment process by enabling sandbox mode. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Click the gear icon on the top right of the paypal field

2. Select Edit Properties

3. Click on the Sandbox Mode to enable it.

 

Please note that you will need to sign-up for a PayPal Sandbox account by clicking on the link below:
https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/ 

Then you can use the email address to make the PayPal payments.
