How to translate the options of a drop down menu?

I can only translate the labels of a forms but I can't translate the options of a drop down menu ?

It should be possible to translate the options on a regular dropdown field using the Form Languages feature on the Preferences. I checked your form and I can see that you have successfully translated the dropdown options.

Unfortunately however, it is not possible to do the same on the Configurable List widget. The widgets are loaded externally, so you cannot translate them using the Form Languages feature. A possible workaround would be to use a configurable list for each language and show/hide them depending on the language of the form.
