Form isn't sending once submitted?

    Hi,

     

    Still not receiving emails when the form has been completed?

     

    The (sample) form needs to send confirmations to jamie.barke@uniqueproductsuk.com and ross.paulson@uniqueproductsuk.com

     

    Please can you look into this please ASAP?

    It appears that both email recipients were added to the bounce list, which is why you are unable to receive the email notifications there. I have now removed the two email addresses from the bounce list so you should receive the next email notifications successfully. You can also check on your account if an email address is in the bounce list. Simply follow this guide: How to Remove Your Email Address from Bounce List. Regards.
