hi, something still seems to be dodgy with our account, now it says that we have no storage.
could you please rectify this?
earlier we payed for two subscriptions at the same time, your customer service rep changed our account, and now it doesn't work as intended. thanks

I did check your account and it seems to be in good shape currently. You have upgrade your account to silver monthly subscription plan just few hours ago. You should not have any trouble with your account.
Upon taking a closer loot at your account, I found that you already have active economy subscription plan. Your account usage is also well within the limits of economy plan and it was not required to upgrade to silver plan.
Do get back to us if you would like us to cancel your silver plan and change your account to economy plan.
