Hi there,
Could you make sure the email to the address on our account is not on any bounce or unsubscribe lists? After going out of town and sending away emails for a couple of weeks, now we are not receiving order confirmation emails.
Also can you confirm you received this response to the email on our account? We didn't receive a reply to our last inquiry.
