Hi. I have a form that, when someone fills it out, they receive a confirmation email with a link that sends them back to the form with it pre-filled with their information so it will save time on the next time they fill in the form. Here is a link to the form https://form.myjotform.com/51550432983557
For some reason, everything is filling in correctly except the starting weights. I see where in the link code, it is in there, but when you click on the link to take you to the form, it is not filling that information in. What am I doing right?

I presume you are prepopulating the form URL parameters?
This is how you have setup yours:
You have incorrectly use the field IDs which are #input_33 and #input_41. I advise that you delete that link and text in the email template, and rewrite your URL parameter.
I presume it should be something like this: https://form.jotform.com/51550432983557?name[first]={name:first}&name[last]={name:last}&email38={email38}&challengecheck={challengecheck:0},{challengecheck:1},{challengecheck:2},{challengecheck:3}&week={week}&ageGroup={ageGroup}&startingWeight={startingWeight}¤tWeight={currentWeight}
To learn more about prepopulating URLs, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form
Please also note that you have your Auto Fill feature enabled. This means the previous inputs of your form will automatically be used to fill out the same form. To learn more about the auto fill feature, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature
I hope that helps.
