    I am not receiving any e-mail notifications

    Dear Jotform people,


    Unfortunately from 20th of may I didn't receive any e-mail notifications about our submissions.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking your email address malozemov.serge@gmail.com, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

    Result: malozemov.serge@gmail.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from mail.ru is NOT

    I have now removed your email address from our bounce list and it should work fine. Do try to test your form and get back to us if the issue persists.

    The recipient email was in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List 

    In addition to this, you may whitelist our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender. Here are our domain names:

    - aws-sub2.jotservers.com

    - us-app2.jotservers.com

    I have a similar problem. I have not recieved any mail fromour form since 30-05-2016. The form sends to regnskab@rorschachdanmark.dk


    Please help or ask for what ever information you need, any help greatly appreciated.

    I have just removed the email address form the bounce list it works thank you.

    Did not see the guide on how to it my selv af first.
