Is there a way to provide a form to someone to complete, without embedding on on a website?

    I'd like to have prospective clients complete a "new client survey", but I don't want to embed it on my website.  I'd (ideally) like to email them a link to the form, have them fill it/submit it online.

    Is it possible to share a form with someone and have them complete it, without putting it on our website?

    Hello;

    You have to embed your form either in your website or any other like yahoo/facebook for sharing.

    More details on sharing of forms can obtained using guide on our user guide.

    Thanks for contacting us and choosing Jotform!

    This answer is incorrect. Yes, you can certainly share a link to your form by email. Simply click on Preview button on your form builder and then copy the URL provided.

    You can then send that URL to someone else by email and they can complete the form.
