    Hi,

For the past several days I have not been receiving notifications of form submissions via email, although they are still appearing on JotForm. Can you please check to see if my email is on the bounce list, and if so remove it.

    Thanks so much!

Your recent form submissions were sent to your email address. You are using Gmail and we don't have any issues with Gmail addresses. Please access Gmail's website and check for the emails there, check your spam folder and make sure to mark emails as not spam.

In our email logs, it appears that you are also using your own email address as the custom sender email of the form. Please note that Gmail has updated their own DMARC policy (https://dmarc.org/). This means that email messages that are sent from a Gmail address but not coming from their server will be rejected. If you'd like to use your own custom sender email, use the SMTP method instead:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

Please do the same thing on your custom email addresses, use the SMTP method instead of adding them through verification method.

Lastly, PDF attachment is enabled in your form. Please note that this feature will only work when the default noreply@jotform.com is used.

I hope that helps and let us know if you need any further assistance.
