Form Name Error

Hello! I'm having an issue with my forms As you can see in the screenshot below, my form is named Request A Quote - Header Button. The form name is correct in the Subject name, but the email content has the forms previous name. Any help? Can you please email response to julia@gospacecraft.com

Go into the edit mode of your form and update it:

1) Click on Emails button.

2) Select your notification, and click on "Edit".

3) There you will see the title, simply rename it:
