How can a visitor to my form get a receipt for payment

I checked your latest form titled "YWCA Tribute To Women 2016 Ticket Reservation Form\", but I do not see any payment integrations that you have added. Please note that we do not allow users to create forms asking for sensitive information like credit card details using plain text box fields, this is a violation of our terms of use. It is a MUST that you use our payment integrations if you will be asking payments from your users.

JotForm does not process these payments, we simply use API to integrate to 3rd party payment processors (ex. Paypal, Stripe, Authorize.net, etc...). The transaction will be process securely in their payment gateways. This means that receipt will automatically be sent by the 3rd party payment processors.
