There are easy ways how to make the forms you created with JotForm become mobile/tablet friendly.
1) Add a mobile responsive widget onto your form. - by clicking the Get Now button on this widget page, or searching for the keyword "mobile responsive" on the "More Fields" tab on the left panel while editing your form and adding i to your form, will automatically make your form become compatible or friendly to mobile devices
2) When editing your form via Form Designer, under form Layout, you can tick the checkbox to make your form responsive also. This user guide will walk you through the process: https://www.jotform.com/help/311-How-to-make-forms-mobile-responsive
