Secure vs Confidential

I am a clinical counsellor and I am hoping to use Jotform for my website.  I understand that the data in the form is "secure", but it seems from what I have read that staff at jotform can access the data on forms.  I am required to provide complete confidentiality to my clients under my professional regulations.  Can Jotform provide confidentiality (ie. the only people who see the data are me and the person who fills out the form)?

    Thanks,

    Joss

    Joss,

Technically, if there ever is a need, JotForm staff can see any users forms and their submissions, so information confidentality cannot be 100% guaranteed.

Depending on the tecnhical expertise at your disposal, a self hosted JotForm installation may be an option for you. You can read about that here -> http://www.interlogy.com/products/jotform/
