GB Wine Order Form, email@example.com
The text doesn't seem to fit into the box and I can't figure out how to make the box bigger or fit the text inside. Even when I drop the font size, it still doesn't fit. Also can't edit the email submit fields. Help! Is there someone with whom I can speak or chat to clear up all my questions rather than depending on email. (which is slow.)

I've fixed it for you by injecting the following custom CSS codes to your form:
You can check the codes by following the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes.
As for the issue with the email fields, I will address that in this new thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/880843.
I'm sorry, but our chat support is currently not being offered and we don't have a phone support. Please contact us through this support forum instead, especially for urgent matters.

Thank you! I had asked another question and got an email answer and needed to ask a follow up question. Can you tell me how to ask a follow up question if the answer I got was via email?

Please note that if you open a thread here in the forum, our replies will also go through your email address, notifying you about the thread you have opened.
I suggest visiting the forum page and clicking the "My Questions" button, that should show you the list of threads you have opened:
You can then reply to them if you have follow up questions related on the same topic.
If your question is not related to the original topic discussed on a thread, then you can open a new one using this link: https://www.jotform.com/contact/
If you asked a question via firstname.lastname@example.org, then you can just hit reply when you receive a response from us. We also answer questions via email.
