Different number which have to be not similar

What should I do, when I want, that you have to put in different form fields always different numbers, e.g. when have the choice between three different projects. A multiple registration for one of the projects is explicitly excluded. Otherwise a problem report (or something else) should appear. Or you have to chance the number.

Could you help me again ... I'm a absolute beginner!
