My forms come up as disabled, even though they are set to be enabled.

How can I enable the forms? I have checked the preferences as detailed in your help.

I have white-listed them to avoid this from happening again. I would recommend you to remove the word "Sign in" from your forms, because this type of words are flagged in the database as words used on phishing forms.
