    My forms come up as disabled, even though they are set to be enabled.

    How can I enable the forms? I have checked the preferences as detailed in your help.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, your account is activated now.

    It was suspended by our phishing detector system. Upon reviewing your forms, I can see that they do not violate our terms of use: https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use 

    I have white-listed them to avoid this from happening again. I would recommend you to remove the word "Sign in" from your forms, because this type of words are flagged in the database as words used on phishing forms.
