If I have a form that gets more than 100 submissions in the month will I get a notice to pay for the monthly subscription?

Yes, you will get notified at around 80 submissions (for all forms). If your account reaches the 100 monthly submission limit, your forms will be disabled at the end of the day, or at exactly 12 midnight Eastern Time.

When a form is disabled, it will not be available for use, i.e., users cannot submit information.

You will have to upgrade, or wait until your limits refreshes on the first day of the following month.
