I've seen a few times where Catpcha is not loading the image in my testing and one of our customers got stuck with teh same thing and did not know what to do.  I see a fair number of Forums posts over time about this and recos to use re-captcha... which is not as easy to read but probably less prone to scripters.
What I have found is that relaoding the entire web page always seem to work or using the little reload in the widget to get a new captcha value always works 100% of the time.
Is this something that has to load from JotForm servers or how does this work?  I'm thinking of just yanking it from our forms if it does not load reliably as it could frustrate consumers and is not as important for us I  think since our signups don't involve physical purchase of something.

Apologies for this inconvenience. Can you please try to re-embed your form using this code?
Sometimes, captcha takes a little time to load since it runs on HTTPS protocol but it should always work faster. See if that embed code above gives an extra loading speed for your form.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks.

Tks.. I modified all three we have live but one of them still hung until a refresh.  It looked like the only difference was taking out secure. vs www. from what I could tell.

Thanks for your reply.
The form itself is actually fine, don't see any problem with captchas. I've asked some of my colleagues to checked the actual form URL but still they can't replicate the problem. I'm not quite sure about this, but sometimes captcha loading might also differ on the speed of your website and also the Internet connection that you are running.
Furthermore, I've tested it on my website to see if I can reproduce the problem but still everytihng loads properly. You can test here : http://idarktech.com/testcaptcha.html
May I know if the form captcha on this page doesn't work well for you? Thanks.
I would also suggest to try re-embedding your form using iFrame code and see if that makes any differences for you. Thank you so much!
