Issuing an access code for each submission

We use a 3rd party vendor to provide an online class to our patients. We buy access codes from the vendor and send codes to patients when they register for the class.

Is there a method or a plugin that would allow me to load several access codes to a form and send each registrant one of the codes and remove that code from the list?

Unfortunately, we do not have any widgets available that can have several codes in a list and remove them for each submission. However, you may generate unique codes for each submission by using one of the following widgets.
