My form was working fine yesterday. When I'm trying to link it, or view the link provided when publishing, it tells me that the form is not found and that it is in restore mode.

I have four forms and they are all doing the same thing.

Hi,
You are receiving the error because your account became dormant, probably because you haven't logged into your account for a while. I have reactivated your account and you should be able to access your forms properly now.
