How can I remove uploaded file from my account to free up space?

My Account is over the upload limit.  Can i remove uploads without deleting submissions?  how do i find out what is taking up space and clear out unneeded files?

Unfortunately, you need to delete the submissions in order to delete the uploaded or attached file. However, I suggest to download the submissions first before deleting them. Here's a guide how to download the submissions:

1. In the My Forms page, select the form and then click the Submissions button.

2. In the Submissions page, click the Download All Uploads to start downloading your submissions.

Please do note that once it gets deleted, it is not recoverable.
