Cannot publish my form

    I'm trying to embed form with WIX however not working, evan preview not working and says "form not found"

    Your account seem to have been set to dormant status. I have re-enabled your account to active status. I presume your form is the one titled "קבלת הלוואה". I see there's only one form in your account. Everything should now be good in your end. Please try again.

    Or you can also try using the iFrame embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code. You need to embed the iFrame code on an HTML box.
