Hi, I have been using JotForm for some months now and absolutely love the service. Today I tried to log in but the password was not being recognised. After several attempts I figured that I forgot the password and asked to reset it. What is strange is that when I identify myself with my username, robmaak, I get a message saying password reset instructions have been sent to me, but I receive nothing. Meanwhile, when I try to identify myself with my Gmail account, it tells me no such account exists!
Please help! I have full billing details of the last few months and can provide identification upon request. I am eager to get my account back as soon as possible!

Can you please provide us information on the details of your account? It would also be great if you have at least one link to the form that you have created.
