JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
I presume what you meant is that you want to send a copy of the submission data to your clients (who fill out the form) via email. Is that correct?
JotForm has two types of email alerts, one is the notification email and the other is the autoresponder email. You can learn more about them in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings
If you want to send an email to the person who filled out your form (using the email field as the basis), then you can setup an autoresponder email. Here's a guide for your reference: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder
