My form is not sending me emails

    Hi,

    My Clone of Contact me is not notifying me when people fill it out.

    Hello joemartino,

    Upon checking your email address erica@creativesolutionsgr.com, I found that it ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

    Result: 

    erica@creativesolutionsgr.com is IN 

     the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.1.1  Recipient not

    I have now removed your email address from our bounce list and it should work fine now. Please test your form and get back to us if you still do not receive submission emails.

    Hi. Thank you. Could you check and see if joemartino81@gmail is also in the bounce list?

    I see that this email address is also listed in our bounce list. However, I have removed it from the bounce list and you should be receiving emails without any issue.

    You may also remove the email address from the bounce list from your account settings. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.
