Is there a way to manually send an email to everyone who filled out the form?

It is my understanding that autorespond sends the email upon submission of the form.  But what if my form is an event registration and I want to contact all the registrants about a change in the event --- or an event reminder the day before the event.  How can I do that?

    Hello Kucyouth,

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to send email to all the users who submitted your form. Is that correct?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by taking advantage of our "Email Newsletters" app. This app will allow you to send email to all the email address available in the submissions of your form.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi ashwin_d

I just tried this app and when I clicked to send a test email, no email ever arrived at my test email address.

I proceeded to set up the SMTP anyway

    smtp.office365.com

    port  587

    username: myemailaddress@mydomain.org

    password:  mypassword

    TLS

Nothing happens when I click the send test email button and I am unable to click the "save & next" button because it is grayed out.

    How can I proceed?

If I understand correctly, you added the SMTP setting from your example above to the newsletter? Please note that you will need to add the SMTP for your own email domain. Once the correct SMTP are entered and tested successfully, then you will be able to save and move to the next part. For more information on the newsletter, you can check out our blog post here: New App: JotForm Email Newsletters.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.
