    I am trying to pay my bill online. Is there a number I can all instead since I am having issues.

    There are several ways of making the payment. Please check the below URL, and you can select any of the payment option, according to your preference.

    I'm sorry, but we don't offer a phone support. Please reach us through this support forum instead, especially for urgent matters.

    I've checked our records and found the account careerdevelopment (ca*******ment@bowiestate.edu) which is currently subscribed to our Premium Yearly Plan. There is the renewal, but our payment processor has failed to charge your card on file and I think this is what you are trying to resolve. If yes, please follow the steps below to update your card on file:

    a. Go to: https://cp.bluesnap.com/jsp/account_login.jsp 

    b. Choose the link to Account Login under the Shopper heading.

    c. Enter your username: 1373487442733

    d. We've sent you a password reset link. Please check the email al*****@bowiestate.edu which is on file for the link. It seems that this email is not yours so you have to ask your colleague about it.

    Once inside the system:

    1. Click the blue hyperlink that says Change under the Payment Method tab. 

    2. Click "use a new card" on the top right. Fill in your new credit card info and then click submit.

     

    BlueSnap will retry the payment process in 3 days so make sure to update the payment method. Otherwise, the subscription will be canceled. Let us know if you have troubles and we'll try to find another way.

    I am having an issue with the email address it asked for while doing the payment. We have already reset the password.

    The email address of the account is careerdevelopment@bowiestate.edu.

    The email address for the payment is aljohnson@bowiestate.edu.

    These are the correct email addresses. The reset email for the account will be coming from Jotform, from noreply@jotform.com. We've already sent the reset email, here's the log: https://www.jotform.com/emails/5786ac7e9eaad48b068b4aa5

    The reset email for the payment will be sent by BlueSnap, I think they're using noreply@bluesnap.com. We don't have logs for this email so make sure to check the inbox/spam folders.
