How can I add the setup fee on subscriptions

I have affiliates, and need a way to tract the payment transactions.

I set up three payment options without a problem, but now wish to add a setup fee to our service.  

I've set it up with PayPal on my website , but how can I add the setup fee and keep the tracking with Jotform intact?

Setup fee can be added on subscriptions.

Here's how:

Since the setup fee is a one time payment, you need to add the subscription price e.g. 50 with the setup fee e.g. 20 as the first payment. So the first payment should be 70.
