Why my option list is not working

    My option list is not working. At the time I make a test view it goes blank as you can see in the print screen I attached. Even at the web site after I publish the form is going the same.I appreciate if you can help me with this.

    Its happening in both option lists I have in the form.

    The problem is in the form building and not at the web site.

    I think you have resolved this already. This is how the dropdown appears to my end:

    I have also checked the form using OSX Mavericks, Firefox 47. The same color appears.
