For some reason, when I include a Jotform in a page, it is showing up with a significant gap of whitespace above it. It does not appear flush with the top of the text area on a page. I am working on a pre-production website, but I will give an example through screengrabs:
That's about 192 pixels (2 and 2/3rds inch) of vertical gap between the page title and the top of the form. I'd prefer it to be far less than that. Is there any way I can get it flush to the top better?

If you could provide us with a website where you embedded your form it would help so we can investigate further. But in the meantime, try inserting this CSS code in your Custom CSS area:
Also, you could add this to the code above to decrease the white space:
Just increase the negative value until it fits your needs.
Hope it helps, please let us know if you have further questions.

Okay. Here's the URL. (Sorry for future readers; I reserve the right to remove it once the issue is resolved.)
p.s. Edit: I tried the Custom CSS you provided, and it doesn't fix the vertical depth.

Please try injecting the following CSS code: http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes
margin-top: 0px !important;
padding-top: 0px !important;
