Can I add a field (send me copy of the form)

the client fills in the form on my website but need to know 

Can they send the form to their own email ???

Hi Pete,

By default, the forms you create will have a Notification E-mail attached to them already. Every time a user submitted or used your forms in your website, you will get the email alert on your email account.

The Notification can contain the submission data in PDF format if you enable it on the Notification.
