I see that you have just billed me for this month. I upgraded last month as I was expecting a surge in the use of my form as the closing date for entries for my event approached, so to make sure that I didn't exceed my 100 downloads, I temporarily upgraded to Bronze subscription. However, my event is over now for this year, so the form won't be used again until next year.
I don't want to completely cancel my subscription as it took a while to create the form and I would like to use it again next year, but of course I don't want to be paying $20 per month for something that I am not using.
Can I downgrade, or is cancelling my subscription the only option now that I became a paying subscriber.

Downgrading to the starter (free) account will require the cancellation of your current subscription. Otherwise, you will be billed every month if we do not cancel it. Your forms will remain in your account even when you cancel the subscription and downgrade to starter, so there is no need to worry. You can also choose to upgrade to Bronze again at any time.
Before we proceed with the downgrade, please confirm that you would like to have your subscription cancelled and the latest charge of $19 on Jul 13, 2016 refunded to your account. Once we have confirmation, we will proceed accordingly.

thank you for your reply - I have been on annual leave for the last two weeks.
I really do want to keep my forms, so as long as they will still be available to use from the account, yes I would like to downgrade , please. I realise I may now be too late to get a refund of my July premium, but if you consider when my request was made, maybe you could see your way to returning the payment.
