    Are there still compatibility issues with Internet Explorer?

    We have clients emailing us to say they can either only see part of the form or the submit button doesnt function. They are all using Internet Explorer.

    All is fine when using Chrome, Firefox and Safari

    Any ideas or easy fixes?

    Hi Jon,

    Was the specific IE version mentioned? I tried it with IE version 8 & 9, both seems to work ok.
    One easy fix you can at least try initially for now(if not tried yet) is re-embedding the form using the Iframe method. Use this guide How to embed your Form using the Iframe Method

    Do you have an older version of IE? I don't have an older version this end and it might to interesting to see if that is the issue. Can you test this form also for compatability with IE 8 and 9? Thanks

    Hello Jon;

    I have done test with IE8 & IE9 actually i haven't seen any issue. I have filled and submitted this form perfectly with even the thank you page appearing.

    Kindly request your users to try clearing the cache, i hope all sholud be fine.
