CarbonsquareAsked on July 14, 2016 at 8:11 AMOne more thing is that is sometime is registering as a Social Only sponsor, the Activity selection is hidden because they are not permitted to select golf, tennis or spa. So you don't see that field on this selection. They can however enter dietary restriction and shirt size values. With this selection the total social field defaults to 1 while other total field would be blank or zero.

Hi Chris,
I see that you're trying to show your hidden fields with conditions .Please note that you can't create conditions with hidden fields with Jotform. For example, you're trying to show your hidden field by creating the condition. It causes a conflict on your form.
You can fix that issue by removing hidden actions.
Hidden box fields can never be displayed in a form because they use the HTML tag "<input type="hidden">" which, when interpreted by the browser is a field that's invisible to the user. If you want to show/hide your fields you need to use conditions. Please, check the guide below for more information:
