    Why are we no longer receiving email notifications for our form?

    Hi there. Once this form has been submitted, we're no long receiving the email notification like we used to. If i log in to Jot Form i can access the inbox for this form but that is not efficient. 

     

    Please help!

    So basically you mean that you are not receiving the email notifications for your form when a new submission is sent to you but you can see new ones when you look on the web.

    I checked this and found you have 4 different email notifications so I looked at each of them and found that none of them are listed in our bouncelist.

    Are you having this problem for all 4 of those emails?

    According to your email history we are sending emails to you from our mail server normally.

    Have you tried checking your spam folder to see if they ended up there?
