how do I embed a .pdf document into my form?

    I am looking to embed a reference guide in the form that a respondent can download and print.  Referencing the guide is needed in order to complete the form.

    You may use our PDF Embedder widget to achieve that https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/pdf_embedder To use it, just head over to your Form Builder > click MORE FIELDS on the left > type in "pdf" on the search box > drag the PDF EMBEDDER widget to your form > enter your PDF's URL > then UPDATE WIDGET.
