    My form shows a different title on page or browser tab?

    When someone open my JOTFORM in IE the Label says YOUR COLLEGE NAME HERE where can I find that so i can edit to reflect CCM.

    That would be the page title that is setup on your form, it shows on all browsers I believe. Is that a cloned form? To change the page title of your form, simply follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/373-How-to-Change-the-Form-Title-Shown-in-the-Browser-Page-Tab
