Although I have checked your forms and I can see you have only one button, please do note that you cannot use two submit buttons and redirect to a different link depending on which button is clicked.
If you have more than one submit button, no matter which of them is clicked, once the form is submitted the form will be redirect to the link set up in the thank you page.
What you can do is redirect your users to a different thank you page based on conditions, to achieve this you will need to have a field in your form which will work to know where the user will be redirected.

I have to insert a schedule in my form but how do I work with availability. If a person pick a date and 2 people pick the same date? Is it possible to make something that shows the user that the date is already picked?

We actually have a widget made specifically for appointment time slots. It is our appointment slots widget:

You can set the amount of each time available and when a selection is made, the counter will decrease. When the counter reaches 0, the option will be disabled.
